Who we are
Landmark AI ("we", "us") provides appointment-booking services to UK landscapers. For information collected through this website we are the data controller. Our registered name is Landmark AI Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC845187. Our registered office is Office 1015, 3 Fitzroy Place, 1/1 Sauchiehall Street, Finnieston, Glasgow G3 7RH. To contact us about your data, email shaun@landmark-ai.com.
What we collect
- Applications. When you apply, you give us your name, business name, mobile number, email address, the area you work in and the projects you want more of.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your application and decide whether we can work together. Our basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations. Our basis is legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Cookies
This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, they will only load after you choose Accept on a cookie banner.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the site and handle applications: website hosting (Vercel), customer relationship management (GoHighLevel). They process data on our instructions. Some are based outside the UK; where that happens we rely on approved safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for as long as needed to deal with your application and our relationship with you, and then for as long as our records or the law require. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and move it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email shaun@landmark-ai.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
